Beginners Shamanic Journeying with Carrie. Thurs., Jan. 23. These will be held twice a month.
This class is for people who are new to or curious about shamanic journeying! We each have the ability to personally connect with a divine support system which is available to us at all times. The shamanic journey is one of the ways we can access our spiritual guidance through direct revelation and has been an empowering practice relied upon for 40,000 years. During a shamanic journey, drumming is used to help shift youinto a trance state where you can meet your compassionatehelping spirits and ask to receive guidance, wisdom and healing. Together we will begin by learning about different gates of perception, meeting our power animals and exploring a variety of exercises to help discover and strengthen our journeying skills.

This Circle is intended to be a positive and supportive gathering in which we will come together with each other and our compassionate helping spirits.
