Our Safety Procedures as of May 2021.

  • We are leaving breaks of at least 15 minutes between all sessions/classes to thoroughly clean all surfaces.

  • We will be taking temperatures prior to admittance to the Center. 

  • Please wear a mask with a filter while on the premises per Frederick County Board of Health COVID-19 Regulations.

  • If you are feeling sick, please refrain from coming into the studio and contact your physician ASAP. Please observe the CDC’s best practice guidelines.

  • We are all in this together, and we are relying on each other to help us all stay safe and healthy.  Please do your part to help keep our community healthy and we will do our best to help keep you healthy.

Private Sound Therapy Sessions.

Personalized sound sessions with tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, other sound tools, and essential oils.

60 min: $70.

*First session: $60*

Sound Soaks.

  • Duet: A private session for two. Relax on our massage tables & experience our gongs, tuning forks, and singing bowls. 30 min: $40.

  • Small Group: Up to 6 guests. Relax on our massage tables and let us immerse you in the sounds of our gongs. 30 min: $20/person

 

Pilates Sessions: Reformer.

We are currently offering small group Pilates classes using our Reformers, two per class. Private sessions are available upon request.

Mari Good teaches all classes.

one 55 min class: $30.

NOTE: For first time guests, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early.  Otherwise, plan on arriving at the start of the class. This is to limit contact between guests, and allow time for a deep cleaning and ventilation of the Pilates room between clients.

*Please avoid wearing pants with buttons, zippers, or strings, to avoid any risk of getting them caught in our equipment.*
